Refund & Cancellation Policy

eBooks: because digital access is delivered instantly and 18 pages of every book can be previewed free before buying, eBook purchases are non-refundable except for duplicate or failed-delivery payments.

Consultations: reschedule free up to 24 hours before your slot. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are refunded in full; within 48 hours, a reschedule is offered instead of a refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
